VINYASA

Our vinyasa class is a dynamic practice linking breath with movement to build strength, flexibility and essentially to quiet the mind. Expect a fluid, challenging practice which will leave you walking out on Cloud Nine!

YIN

Our Yin classes are a restorative and healing style of yoga. In Yin, we hold our poses for a long period of time, utilising props, to practice stillness and to completely relax and stretch deeply into our connective tissue. Expect to walk out of class feeling like you have just had a massage, with a completely revitalised body, mind and spirit!

YOGA ESSENTIALS

Our back to basics is a class for new students to establish their foundation and a class for regular yogis to hone in on their basics. Expect a simple asana flow intertwined with pranayama and meditation

SLOW FLOW

Our slow flow is our vinyasa flow in slow motion. Expect a gentle, juicy flow to stretch out all the creases. Perfect if you are recovering from an injury or ailment, new to yoga or just fancy a chilled out flow. 


DONATION CLASS

WE LOVE COMMUNITY

Our community class is a weekly delight where all proceeds from the class go to our chosen charity. It is an opportunity for new teachers in the area to showcase their classes and for our guests to pay a donation of their choice.
